Introduction: The attorneys of New Beginnings Family Law, P.C. have over 40 years of combined legal experience with the bulk of that experience being in actual courtroom litigation. However, we also believe that resolving divorce, child custody, or child support matters provides clients with the opportunity to control their own destiny. We represent clients in collaborative divorces, uncontested divorces, child support, child custody, adoption, dependency, paternity, surrogacy, mediation, informal settlement negotiations, litigation, and arbitration. We also provide services as a mediator for both pro se and represented parties. Our goal is to help client's find a way to begin their lives anew after a divorce or other difficult family law matter. We partner with several outside vendors to make sure our clients have access to the best resources both during and after their cases. We want our clients to have a healthy new beginning.
I love our clients. I enjoy getting to know our clients on a personal level, to know and understand their unique personality styles and values and work with them to find the best way to start over. I enjoy winning in the courtroom, but more importantly, I enjoy having the opportunity to empower my clients to reach an educated decision to resolve their cases whenever possible. When parties are able to reach an agreement with each other, they are more likely to have a successful coparenting relationship with their former spouse or partner. When they leave the decision to the court, they are almost always back in court over and over again over every little issue. That is not what is ultimately best for your children.
