yes, we also promote a bundling plan. Typically a remodel or repair has several task that come with it. Quoting all these at the same time and scheduling for service allows us to discount each service a significant amount. Be sure to ask about offers and visit our website for more details on pricing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In depth consultation to determine you exact vision. will also provide the areas of focus and prioritize the details of the project. We offer several ways to achieve and make suggestions accordingly . One the goal is set , the customer is assigned their own account Executive that will handle all scheduling , ordering , changes , complaints , all aspects until job is completed. We Break All Projects down into sections , and assign payment accordingly. after each section is completed , customer must sign off before the project moves on. all these things help built trust and remove confusion
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in many fields and the ones I'm not , my coleauge are. Education and training are important but nothing beats years of experience and on job knowledge.
