FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no better way to price a job, than to do it in person. Most people in my field charge by the square footage. I'm always willing to beat anyone's price to get a job. I just have to control my labor cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always try to give a free in home consultation and estimate. We can discuss all the work that needs to be done, and I usually have some great ideas based on past experience. I usually draw a picture of how the work will look when it's complete. I never ask for money until the job is done and the customer is happy with our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in business administration, and was an insurance agent for ten years. I'm very familiar in working with insurance companies and claims. Also the houses that I've either flipped or rented gave me a ton of experience in getting the most out of each particular property.
