So far, they have put out traps and said they checked them once, but I was not home at the time. they have not been back to check or move the traps and have not put out the granules they said was part of the treatment. I would like to cancel this and get my money back.
The issue I had has been resolved. They cancelled the contract have refunded half of the original deposit of $420.00.

Michael Wells came out as scheduled and was on time. Very courteous, explanatory and thorough. Informed me in advance what will be serviced and next steps if any. Aside from the business, Michael was very friendly, respectful of my home and just a wonderful human!!! I would not hesitate to contact Complete AnimalRemoval again. Id give 10 stars if that was an option!

Cant say enough good things about this company. Dylan came out to address what we thought was a minor groundhog issue but ended up being more severe than we imagined. I paid two other companies first and saw zero results. Dylan had a solution immediately for our issues and Matt came out the next day to start trapping and working on my home. Two months later and still no more signs of groundhogs. I cant express how professional these men were through the entire process.

I called Complete AnimalRemoval for a bird issue in my vents. They had someone out the same day and completed the work in a timely manner. They put up a metal vent cover to prevent the problem from happening again. Will call them again if I ever have another animal issue. Highly recommend!

We offer a FREE inspection!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact our office, we will get all of your information entered into our system and schedule you for a free inspection. After our inspectors finishes his thorough inspection we will provide an estimate for removal and closing off entry points to prevent future issues. We also have the ability to provide clean-up/restoration services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several employees who are wildlife biologists and are informed on identifying animals and providing an effective solution to your specific issue.
