- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour. Required is one bartender per 75 guests for beer and wine service. 1 bartender for guest count up to 50 for a full bar. 2 for 50-125 guests. ***4 hour minimum is also required. **Starting rate for beer/wine service is $45 per bartender per hour ***$55 per hour per bartender --beer/wine/liquor service. $4 per guest will be applied to supply mixers such as coke, diet, sprite, soda, tonic, orange juice, pineapple juice and cranberry. This also includes garnishes (limes, lemons, oranges, cherries, pineapple) *****A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, time, and location.*** (This deposit is applied to your total bill. ** If seeking a customized cocktail menu I will be happy to send over seasonal menus for your review. (these menus will only be sent once a deposit is made confirming your event)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key! We like to start with a simple free phone consultation. At this time it gives me an opportunity to discuss in further detail of what YOU as the client are looking for. Then of course guest count, hours of duration, and if the client is seeking beer and wine only service, or if the event is seeking more color to their menu such a a cocktail theme event.

20 years hospitality, 16 years bartending. That about sums it up.
