FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing & Investment Expectations Every project is custom priced based on scope, materials, and existing site conditions. I provide clear, detailed proposals so you understand exactly what is included before any work begins. Timeless Bath Co. focuses on proper waterproofing, structural prep, and long-term durability. Because of that, we are typically not the lowest bid. My clients hire me when they want it done correctly the first time, without shortcuts or patchwork solutions. There are no hidden fees. If something unexpected is uncovered behind walls, we discuss options and pricing before proceeding. For full bathroom remodels, most projects fall into a mid-to-premium investment range depending on design and materials. If you are simply looking for the cheapest option, I may not be the best fit. If you value craftsmanship, clear communication, and a finished result that adds long-term value to your home, we’ll work well together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Conversation We start with a quick call to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. I’ll ask a few focused questions to make sure we’re a good fit. 2. In-Home Consultation I come out, take measurements, evaluate plumbing and structural conditions, and talk through design ideas. This is where we discuss layout, tile selections, safety features, and long-term functionality. 3. Clear Scope & Pricing You receive a detailed proposal outlining exactly what’s included. No vague allowances. No surprise add-ons later. 4. Scheduling & Preparation Once approved, we lock in materials and schedule your project. I walk you through what to expect during construction so there are no unknowns. 5. Professional Installation Clean job site. Proper prep work. Waterproofing done correctly. Precision tile alignment. Everything built for durability and long-term comfort. 6. Final Walkthrough We review every detail together to ensure it meets expectations before the project is considered complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education & Training My background is built on hands-on trade experience rather than classroom theory. I come from a multi-generational construction family and was trained directly in the field, starting with tile and finish work and expanding into full bathroom remodeling. Over 15+ years, I’ve specialized in tile installation, waterproofing systems, curbless shower construction, structural prep, and accessibility-focused design. I’ve worked across residential remodeling projects where precision layout, proper substrate preparation, and moisture control are critical. In addition to technical skill, I have extensive experience in in-home consultations and project planning, which allows me to guide clients clearly through design decisions, material selection, and scope development. My education is practical, tested, and refined through real-world application—not shortcuts.
