Jason Barnes was very nice. The carpets got cleaned but the house did not smell any better a few days later and the carpeet did not seem clean. They cleaned the sofa but basically scrubbed it so much that it loosened the fibers. The deodorizer made the house smell like baby powder for a few days and it was very strong. I read all of the positive reviews and figured I couldn't go wrong with this company but I realized that the reviews may not have been real, or else people have low expectations for their carpet cleaning service. The men who came to work did not wear shoe covers and left a complete wet MESS all over the hard woods. One employee kept chit chatting with me and complaining about the new hire he was training....while the new hire was upstairs cleaning my carpet, as a train-ee. I will definitely use Stanley Steemer next time and spend the extra money necessary to get a great carpet cleaning. We had to clean the hard woods, and it made me sick to see them walk all over the wet carpet with their dirty shoes. PLUS, we have a no shoe policy in the house and I would assume that a carpet cleaning service would be more professional with how their employees chat with the customer (don't talk crap about your fellow employee who is upstairs cleaning my carpet while you sit and talk about your family life,) and please wear shoe covers.

Office Pride did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. They were on time and thorough. Mr. Barnes was very kind and professional. I would highly recommend this company and plan on calling them again.
