Introduction: We are the pinnacle of southern smoked BBQ. We do wood fire, hickory smoke, dry rub, outstanding ribs, Texas style brisket, pork, chicken, wings, homemade sauces, homemade sides and great banana pudding. We are famous for our baked potato salad! We offer delivery for groups with complete service on time. Complete menu delivered with drinks, plates, cutlery. We do turnkey catering. We are on time and offer customized menu service. For arge groups of 2000-10,000, that is not a problem. Our primary service area is Huntsville/Madison county metro area. We will travel longer distances for over 100 groups.
