North Alabama Heating & A/C did a fantastic job and finished in a timely manner. Cleanup was excellent and the cost was very fair. When its time to replace my next unit, I wont call anyone else. Before and after photos below.

This was our first encounter with North Alabama Heating and Air conditioning. Friendly staff. Technicians were polite and explained what they completed. It was a service call for our two units. However, we realized that the upstairs unit was not cooling properly late that afternoon. We called the office and they sent Steven out. He found the issue and got the system working properly in a short amount of time.I was very pleased with their promptness , keeping me informed of arrival time, etc. I signed up for a service plan the cost below is the annual charge for that plan.They came highly recommended by my next door neighbor. I am so glad that I tried them.Thank you for the excellent service!!

Scheduled appointment for next morning.. Yay! Arrived & started to work, even in a bit of rain. Located the issue, explained the problem, presented a repair plan and the estimated. Job completed same day and everything is "COOL" again. Thank you!

We give you the price before any work starts. There is no service call fee when you approve the repair. Estimates on new systems are free. Home Saver Plan members get priority scheduling and repair discounts. 0% interest financing for 24 months is available with approved credit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call us or book online. We confirm a time and let you know when the technician is on the way. The technician finds the problem, explains your options and gives you the price before starting. We clean up before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed Alabama HVAC contractor and have worked on heating and cooling systems in North Alabama since 1977.
