Immoral, dishonest, and unprofessional. Eric missed the mark by a long shot. Please learn from my mistake. He talked a good game, promising to pickup two new fireplaces on clearance to replace the old and charged $513 for inspecting and cleaning my two fireplaces. I paid with Cash App because he won't take a credit card, knowing this would give you recourse to get your money back. I tried to work it out with him. He ghosted me right after I paid him. When he finally answered the phone, he said he had the flu. I wished him well and waited a week to contact him, but he ghosted me again, so my wife called from her phone and he answered instantly, not knowing who it was. He said he didn't answer my calls because he was embarrassed. I discussed with him the amount he overcharged. The charge should have been $200, the charge for coming out and not fixing anything. He said he charged me for cleaning, but told me that gas fireplaces only have three parts and admitted that there is nothing to clean. Also, why clean if you are replacing the fireplaces?

Trevor responded to my online inquiry for an appointment quickly -within 1/2 to 1 hour - and scheduled to come out the same evening. He was knowledgeable about the work and questions we had and did the work efficiently and cleaned up the area promptly. We had our brick fireplace & chimney inspected, cleaned and water-sealed. Overall great experience and I would call him again.
