- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know the price of everything has gone up but we try to keep our price as low as we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to go out to customers home to look at exactly what they are needing done and then we work up an estimate. Depending on the job size we either give an estimate then or will email one within 24 hours. If the customer agrees with the price we then write a contract to be agreed upon by both customer and company. From there we get materials ordered and a start date.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look into the big name company's before you make a decision.
