- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I encourage clients to compare rates with other cleaning companies. Our rates are typically a bit lower than other legitimate cleaning services providing licensing, insurance and worker's compensation coverage. We regularly offer specials. Please ask when you contact us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our walkthrough, we will discuss your current home condition and your desires and expectations regarding the service we are to provide. We will determine preferred days, special requests, pet related info, payment and access to your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NeedsMet Services is proud to be the only home cleaning provider in the Huntsville/Madison/Athens area who has home cleaning technicians certified by The Clean Trust (formerly known as the IICRC). This is the association who provides certification for carpet cleaners, tile and grout cleaners, water and fire damage restoration services, etc. across the United States. We are proud that our technicians were part of the inaugural class for the designation of HCT through The Clean Trust. We also have technicians certified through the Institute for Service Excellence in true chemical free cleaning.
