In addition to breaking our 65" television, these guys have no idea how to move a piano. They did not have the equipment or the training/techniques. It is a miracle that our antique piano did not get damaged as well. This was a dangerous situation and I am glad I was able to step in and assist them on several occasions as they struggled to get the piano in and out of the houses.

1. He should be more focus on not damaging hardwood floors and vinyl floors in the homes. He damaged hardwood floor at the pickup residence and fail to make adequate/satisfactory repair and he also left several plugs pulled from my vinyl flooring. I contacted him about the damage to my floor and he has not responded. I will have to make vinyl repairs at my own expense, and that angers me. He also changed my cost for this move with an additional $100 when he told me that if all items were ready to move when he got to the resident, I would only buy $250 and I made a special effort to make sure all items were ready to move. His reason for the increase in cost was because he had to put the kitchen table together, that's what movers do so there should not have been an additional charge. I will NOT use Moving Unlimited LLC again and will NOT suggest that my friends use his service.

The movers were great. They did a thorough job and everything was moved safely. My only complaint was that the start time estimate was 12pm and they didn’t arrive until closer to 3:30pm.

The two young men who moved us were very polite, helpful and worked very hard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!

Overall, no complaints. Good communication, good worksmanship. Little bit pricey because of a hour minimum (3), but overall, I’d hire again.
