- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer listing and management services, management takeover and listing only services of your investment property. If you would like to buy or sell investment property, I can do that as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed in real estate since 2009, with property management experience since 2001. I graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2001 I began in property management of a 13 story apartment community. In 2008 I joined a residential property management company and left the apartment industry for work in single family homes.
