The entire experience with Plumb Doctors was great. The communication was quick and easy with April, who handled scheduling. Drew was able to come check out a water leak under our house within the 2 or so hours I reached out to them. He came with who I assume was his son (unsure) and both were very pleasant people. They immediately got to work, diagnosed the problem and gave us an extremely fair price. They also already had the tools necessary to fix the problem + fixed it within 15 or so mins. Drew seemed very knowledgeable and he went under our house like it was nothing! (I could never.) if we ever need plumbing work done again I will definitely be reaching out to their business and referring my family and friends!

Everything went smooth and fast. Pipe broken under the house, had to turn off water completely. Sent a message - heard back same day, they came out the next afternoon. Looked at everything, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and did the work - all within about an hour! If I ever need a plumber again I'll be calling The Plumb Doctors. 😊
