Very pleased with the replacement of my gutters. The price was fair and Mike didn’t try to sell me an expensive gutter system. He always responded when I texted. They did excellent work and finished in a timely manner. They did such a good job with clean up and removal of old gutters that I couldn’t even tell anyone had been at my house. They worked with me on my schedule as far as bringing my dogs inside. Highly recommend this company.

Rep responded quickly and was onsite in two days to develop an estimate for work. Had an estimate on the third day. There was a crew onsite to start work in less than a week. The crew removed the old deck and built the new deck in four days. The walk down of the project identified a few issues that were quickly resolved. The total cost for this project was less than I expected.

I cannot complain about any of the work that has been completed up to this date 10-13-23. Very good craftsmanship takes the time to get it right the first time. Promptness is outstanding, here every morning at 7:30 ready to go. I do my best to help when needed. We still have a lot more to do. It takes extra help sometimes and Max has employees that work well together. He is lead person and all of us follow his instructions. His experience has helped everyone get the job done right. I highly recommend Tri-State remodeling. As you can see this was not a easy job working 10 ft off the ground.
