Hi!
I am a certified yoga instructor, sound healer, and reformer Pilates instructor with training in trauma-informed and therapeutic practices, as well as other holistic wellness modalities.
I offer individualized sessions depending on what each client is looking for:
•Private Yoga – personalized sessions to strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and calm the mind. I work with students of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced, but I am especially passionate about supporting seniors and beginners. I create gentle, accessible practices that focus on mobility, balance, and overall well-being.
•Somatic Healing – gentle, body-based techniques to release stored tension and restore mind-body connection.
•Sound Therapy – the use of crystal bowls and healing instruments to create deep states of rest and inner peace.
•Reformer Pilates
Each service is designed to meet you exactly where you are. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive environment where you can relax, heal, and reconnect with yourself.
My own healing journey began over 15 years ago, and through that experience I developed a deep passion for helping others find balance, peace, and renewal
I completed my teacher training in Indonesia and expanded my studies in India, the birthplace of yoga. Over the past year, I’ve been working with private clients in Huntsville and online worldwide, tailoring sessions to fit their unique needs.

Jennifer is absolutely amazing to work with! This is my first time working with a professional yoga instructor and I'm very grateful to have found Jennifer to work with on my health improvement journey.
She is very kind and friendly, as well as very knowledgeable and professional. We took plenty of time to talk through my health history, what I'm looking to address and gain from these sessions, and how she recommends to approach it all.
We agreed on a plan and then had our first session in her very welcoming Yoga space. She has all the tools/equipment needed for the session already on hand, and she gave very careful instruction on how to safely attempt all poses so not to strain or hurt myself at anytime.
I am looking forward to my next session that will include even more of her sound therapy offering...

Jennifer was very responsive in our initial set up, and upon meeting up with her, all my apprehensions about looking for a yoga practitioner disappeared. Jennifer is amazing! Her yoga classes are completely different from anything I’ve tried before. She really takes the time to listen to what I need, and that makes a huge difference. I always feel like the class is for me, not just a routine she’s teaching.
