- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There isn't any complicated pricing system with iRemoteTech.com. iRemoteTech provides a standard set fee for the TechSpecial with 5 standard service options available and a 30 day labor warranty. The customer who doesn't elect to obtain the TechSpecial is charged full pricing; however, the iRemoteTech Special also includes 50% off of advance troubleshooting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As for my continual education, I have a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology, CompTIA A+ Hardware & Security+ certification, and I am also Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As owner and operator of iRemoteTech, my wife & I got into remote computer support for the fact that 90% of software related problems can be resolved remotely. Other than helping to resolve software related problems via the internet, I have been able to develop and copy written my own tools which I use remotely to diagnose and repair personal computers remotely. As the independent owners of iRemoteTech.com LLC, I have been in the computer industry for the past 18 years and servicing computers remotely since 2006.
