Lou Montoya, owner of dimora renovations is was one of the best professionals I have ever worked with. He hires only qualified professionals to do whatever the job is. He put in new gutters, new lights in the kitchen, replaced an old single wall oven with a new double oven and microwave (which required major modifications), installed a new dishwasher, garbage disposal and a new entry door with a doggie door. All of the work was outstanding. He is responsive, work is done timely and consistently follows up to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. Would hire him again without question. Which I will likely be doing.

Lou did a great job helping me with my keypad lock installation and truly went above and beyond. After moving across the country only a week ago and having a terrible experience with an untrustworthy dogsitter having my keys, I was really anxious and wanted to convert to a digital keypad lock as soon as humanly possible. Lou reached out right away and took my concerns to heart. Not only was he transparent about services/pricing and compassionate about my needs, but he went out of his way to come the same day, on time, and work quickly and efficiently—all with a smile on. I can't say enough great things about Dimora Renovations and I will absolutely use them for all of my home needs they can help with from this point forward. Highly recommend!
