Amazing work. Five Star Painting went ABOVE and BEYOND for my family. They responded quickly, moved mountains to remove the popcorn from our ceiling in the time we needed it to be. Mr Cano and his team were a blessing. We had an extremely bad paint job done by our builder and asked Five Star Painting to fix it. They went above and beyond to repair the walls, ceilings and trim and repaint it correctly. It's beautiful and the Five Star team were most pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

Pros: 1)good price 2)very accommodating with changing schedule (i had to reschedule multiple times due to changing close dates on the house) 3) owner VERY responsive 4) they were diligent when covering dark colors with light to make sure the old color didn’t show through 5) they helped me move boxes away from the walls in rooms to be painted 6) they removed (and put back) the faceplates on all outlets and switches Cons: 1) daily schedule varied wildly without notice. Some days they got here at 10:30, other days it was closer to 3:00. Sometimes they left at 5 other days 7:30. It wasn’t too much of an issue since I work from home anyway, but I could see where it could be a problem if you have a less flexible schedule 2)a bit messy. They were not particularly careful about paint splatter. I have done interior painting before and I know it is an inherently messy job, but they could’ve been more careful. They did clean up most of it after they finished but there was still a good bit left when they were done. They said it would come up with a mop. While it does come off the floor fairly easily, it does require scrubbing the floor rather than just a mop. 3)issues with some areas. I didn’t notice it at first, but some of the walls don’t look finished around the baseboards. I wish I had noticed while they were here, I think they would’ve fixed it if I had.
