Problem: puddles and very wet back yard after any precipitation. Klay addressed my concerns and was flexible with adjustments not previously discussed. Fix: French drains with stones and sand to build low areas. Results: There are a couple of low areas that require sand to decrease small puddles but yard is much less wet after resent rain.
