Kevin installed new baseboards on my main floor and upstairs hallway/landing area. He also installed new toe kicks under the kitchen cabinets. We had new flooring installed and he worked hard at covering some of the larger gaps with the new flooring not coming super close to the bottom of the cabinets. His quote was reasonably priced and he showed up when he said he was going to and finished on schedule. I am having him come back soon to do some additional carpentry work and would highly recommend Kevin for any carpentry work. His work is beautiful!

He was really great. He responded quickly, came when he said he would, and did a fantastic job in a really quick time frame. I would highly recommend him to anyone! (The photo is the mudroom bench area that he built for us, keep in mind this pic is before paint. He also installed 6 doors and trim and everything was great).

I thought I’d left a review for Kevin last year but I guess I didn’t! Which is awful of me because Kevin is a phenomenal carpenter and I had such a great experience working with him. He replaced the baseboards in our basement and replaced the staircase leading from our main floor to the basement. The results were fantastic. Honestly, as I leave this review I’m thinking about any other projects in the house I’d like to hire Kevin to do! You will not be disappointed in hiring this guy - he’s a legend!

We had an excellent experience working with Kevin. He was responsive, timely, fair and very patient with me. He installed shiplap on a 2 story staircase wall and did an amazing job. He has great ideas and was very helpful as we were planning out the project. The quality of his work was excellent and it turned out better than I ever expected. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get preliminary pricing established quickly, it's important that the project fits into the customer's budget first and foremost. If the project requires, I will travel to the location for an in person consultation. Once the details are sorted, I will draw up a contract for the project and take a down payment for the materials.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father raised me doing woodwork. Since I could walk I've been out on jobsites absorbing the facets of construction. Perhaps the most valuable thing my dad has imparted on me is that attitude is everything! With some good music and a great attitude a jobsite can be a source of fun and comraderie.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Details up front can greatly streamline the initial process, if you can provide example photos of your project inspiration as well as a few rough measurements, I can immediately begin the estimation process which will get you on the calendar faster!
