- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the service requested could be sf. pricing , daily rates , or itemized work orders but always free upfront pricing . i also match competitors pricing .and i have been known let the customer decide
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
LISTEN to the customer, Communicate clearly and go over the process with them to ensure quality results for every homeowner
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my first job was roofing homes , 2nd job finishing sheetrock & painting , then flooring & tile , then to the IBEW ( International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers ) local 505..... its in my blood
