Introduction: From a stay at home mom trying to make some extra money to a full time cleaning service company, we have a work force that is dedicated to cleaning your home or business in a professional manner. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured for all types of cleanings. We specialize in homes and offices around the Mobile area for the past 8 years. The employees that work for my company are not contract labor, but part and full time employees that follow strict cleaning guidelines and procedures. Due to our cleaning methods and attention to detail, the business has grown by referrals from our wonderful customers. From small to large homes and businesses, our Motto "The Little Things Make The Difference..." is what we strive for each and everyday for our wonderful customers. I enjoy running the company and having a relationship with all of our customers. Each one of my customers knows they can contact me anytime and discuss anything about our services and resolve any type of problem or come up with new solutions for their home cleaning needs. Mandy's Cleaning Service has been making life easier for me and my family for almost two years. I have found them to be honest, trustworthy, and hardworking. She checks in with me about once a quarter to make sure everything is still to my liking. She has worked with me to add or change preferences. For instance, she guided us through the decision when we wanted to change floor cleaning solutions in the kitchen. I love coming home to a clean house, especially when they have gone the extra mile to fold a load of laundry for me or refilled our coffee pot for the next day. I am very picky and thorough, but MCS does as good of a job, or better, than I ever did! They have been very gracious to us as we have transitioned to life with our first baby. I highly recommend them! They consistently do a wonderful job.

I have been using Mandy's Cleaning since 2013. I originally hired Mandy's cleaning after I had a surgery. I really intended to only keep the service for a few months while I recovered. I had hired services before but I had never been pleased. Mandy's Cleaning came recommended by a neighbor. What you need to know is that Mandy's does a fabulous job cleaning each and every time. They are very, very thorough. I am extremely particular and Mandy's never fall short of expectations. Mandy's is reliable, they show up and they show up on time and ready to work. The staff is conscientious and trustworthy. I never worry that things will be broken, missing or misplaced. Four years later and I cannot imagine my life without them. I highly recommend this company.

Mandy's Cleaning Service is a great company with excellent customer service. On the initial consult, Mandy came over to assess "the dirt" and we discussed things that were important to me. From then on out, there has been open communication about specific requests I may have from week to week. If I'm not happy with the end product, they will come back to clean the area again until it's up to Mandy's standards. I had one incident where bleach got on a upholstered vanity chair. It was just enough for me to notice, but maybe not guests. Mandy replaced the chair within a week with no questions asked. We've been very happy with Mandy's Cleaning Service and will continue to use them.

Mandy Patterson has been cleaning our home for approximately 7 years. I have watched her business grow from one employee to upwards of 10 employees. I am grateful that she treats our home as she would her own home. Yes, she has a list of items that she does on normal basis, but if time allows she will also go beyond the duty. Thank You Mandys Cleaning Service for taking care of home since 2010.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an average price for homes, but of course that varies by how many bedrooms and baths, how large the home is, how detailed the desired cleaning and what extras are requested and the frequency of the cleaning (every 2 weeks or once a month). The average home price is anywhere from $90-$150.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually customers contact us about their home cleaning needs. We have an initial interview and questions that help us determine what type of cleaning service is needed. The size of the home along with how many bedrooms/baths, type of family size, pets, etc are typical questions we ask. Once we have an idea of the size of the home we can get an idea of what type of cleaning they need and provide an estimate of the costs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been cleaning in the Mobile area for over 8 years. We have developed a specialized cleaning system that the employees of MCS follows in our goal of having homes and offices cleaned in the best most efficient way possible based on our years of experience that customers love.
