What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is competitive. We only charge a flat-rate fee and never Hourly. We want the customer to know the rate you receive is the rate you pay to ensure everyone is in agreement. There may be times we send just one cleaner or an additional cleaner to the home to assist in cleanings, this will create a constant change in total payment of services. To avoid a double hourly rate charge on the client, we keep it simple with Flat-Rate fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2+ years experience in the cleaning industry. Received hands on training from Top Professionals.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I use to work for a family friend who owned many vacation and Short-Term rentals in the Florida Region. Began completing turnovers and cleaning for them. Realized I was Quick, Efficient and precise with the cleanings and suggested I started doing cleaning Full-Time.
