FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general, most of my websites are very affordable ($289) and thus are also not very complex. This does not mean that the website is not a good one--I just don't believe in adding to a website just to make it look pretty. My focus is on helping a business get customers. The more complex or in-depth your website the more it will cost but never to the extent that many companies are charging.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once hired, I will contact you (by phone) to get the specifics. I need to know the name of your business and basic business information. I will identify what your main goal is for your website and web presence, in general. I will establish the best ways that we can contact each other. Once I have all of the basic information that I need I will then get to work on your site and web presence. I am pretty easy-going and likeable. I am usually on a first name basis with my clients. I mean, we are going to be working together for a long time and will need to establish a business relationship and trust in each other. I will be your silent partner and on-call IT department.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Educator for close to 30 years. Many of those years have been spent as a corporate IT consultant, technology advisor, and technical instructor. I love working with computers and online marketing. I have been building small business websites since 2010 and have had tremendous success getting businesses an awesome web presence and in return significantly increasing the bottom line ($$$) for the business.
