Introduction: Working with students in private class sessions allows me to provide attention to specific needs, such as back pain, knee problems, menopause, and pregnancy.
I teach vinyasa yoga, which combines yoga poses with breathing techniques. The class level can be physically challenging or relaxing and restorative.
I guide my students in meditation and offer additional Reiki energy work to enhance overall well-being.
