I wanted to remove the existing backsplash (not tiles) in the kitchen of my rental house and install new tile backsplash. I contacted a few professionals and decided to move forward with Chris among them. Being a hard worker he is, Chris did his best to get the job done in time. Chris was already contracted to do other jobs with other customers, and yet mine also needed to be completed soon, so he came out to my property at night a few times as well as during the day as the property was vacant. I later hired him to do small wall repair (including prime & paint) as well as disposal installation and external door frame repair. He was an all around player! Thank you, Chris!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates, $100 the 1st hr. then $55 per hr. for any hours after the 1st. e.g. 2nd hr. 3rd hr. and so on. Any kind of woodwork, repairs, upgrades, and/or additions will be a flat estimated fee. Not per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a appointment with the client to come out to the project site to access the conditions. Sit down with the client and go over ideas that they have and give them a vision of the completed project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started I'm the construction business when I was 15 and worked under the same contractor for 15 years+. At that time I realized I can do this for myself.
