Hello Everyone. Thank you for choosing Rough & Tuff Cleaning Service. We are located in Montgomery,Alabama. I am a new and improved,affordable, and dependable cleaning service that specializes in all cleaning such as (window cleaning,floor buffing,stain or items left that me and my team have to bag or carry to the street it is $200-300 alone plus the clean. I am not a mover so it will cost extra to do extra. To secure your spot you must be prepared to pay a deposit prior to service. As the person who hire us we ask that you are present when we arrive to your job and after. It is your responsibility to make sure your cleaning job is done properly before we leave. If your home has been damaged by the weather and have some repairs needed please wait until those repairs are completed before booking us. We can not make damaged items look new. Also, I like to take before and after pictures of the jobs that I receive. If you prefer not to have pictures taken or records please let me or my team know before the job is done. If you reside outside of Montgomery,Al there is an additional $50 travel fee that is required. I do not offer carpet cleaning services only for out of town customers. Please inbox me first before booking a date. Also we are expanding to becoming movers as well. If you need help moving your things from one home to the next we are offering new services. As of now I am only available M-F after 5:30pm, Anytime Saturdays and Sunday. Thank you all for your interest and cooperation.

Jalissa was very professional, responsive, and compassionate with my situation upon discovering the appalling living conditions of my dad with dementia. She sent two respectful young men over, right away, to help me with the disposal and cleaning- at a very reasonable price. My father will return to a new house and get the care he needs all due to the skill, work, and compassion of Rough and Tuff! The results and pics speak for themselves. I'm SO grateful for them!

Very professional. I was pretty embarrassed at the state of my home because it had never been thoroughly cleaned and needs some cosmetic work and remodeling, but Jalissa was amazing. She did a great job deep cleaning and recommended a cleaning schedule for me. I look forward to working with Rough & Tuff Cleaning again.

Jalissa has been GOD Sent. I'm so grateful I found her. Sometimes it can be nerve racking when it comes cleaning my house and working 12 and 16 hours full time 5 to 7 days a week rotating from days to night, you have no time to do anything. We are in a pandemic and lots of lives are at risk coming going into homes and different types of establishments. We have to protect ourselves and the customers much as possible. Cleaning supplies has risen in price and it takes a lot more to clean than in the past.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask them what services it is that they need and if we can assist them we book an appointment.

I have worked for a cleaning service for a year and a half.
