About
Kajukenbo is the first Mix Martial Art created since 1949 created mainly for defense in real fighting. It's a complete defense training that includes Karate, Judo, Jujitsu, Kenpo and Boxing. We learn to fight in order to understand how painful is to get hurt and so we always avoid fighting unless very necessary. Though training is not only for fighting but to be healthy and in good shape too. I like to teach something useful to gain self esteem and self confidence. I've seen shy people after some months of training gain very much confidence and improve in many aspects of their lives.
