Thank you for your feedback. I’m genuinely disappointed to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. From the beginning, the project scope and pricing were adjusted to accommodate the agreed budget. The original estimate for the full scope of work was reduced significantly, and several additional items outside of the revised agreement were still completed during the project, including trim, doors, ceiling touch-ups, and fireplace painting. During the course of the project, there were also on-site access delays due to other active contractors working in the home, as well as ongoing requests for additional work beyond the reduced scope. Because communication was being coordinated between multiple parties — including someone who was not present on-site and a separate on-site representative — there were unfortunately misunderstandings regarding expectations, scheduling, and remaining items. At the time work paused, the completed labor and materials met or exceeded the value of the deposit collected. I also made multiple attempts afterward, including phone calls and return visits to the property, to coordinate completion of the remaining items, but was unable to successfully schedule access. I always strive to provide quality work and professional service, and I regret that this project did not end with a better experience for everyone involved.
