What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently offering 20% Off your first pressure or soft wash job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts us, we get information about what they want done. We then come out and meet the customer and walk around and look at what they want done. We explain our process and exactly what solutions we use. We explain what the results should be. We then give an estimate. If customer accepts, we send a detailed estimate by email and that they approve. Then we schedule the job. After job is done, if customer is home, we like to do a walk around with them to make sure they are 100% satisfied with our work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have done several online classes/training. Have also had several mentors that have been the business a long time teach me different techniques. I’m constantly watching training videos to stay on top of any new techniques or chemicals that get better results than what I’m currently doing.
