We offer basic, deep, and extremely deep cleaning options. Please note that we do not offer carpet cleaning or strip and waxing floor services. **Booking and Payment:** * A booking link will be sent to you for scheduling your appointment. * Full payment is required prior to the cleaning service. **Rescheduling:** * You can reschedule your appointment through the app or by contacting us via text message. **Refunds:** * Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days. We appreciate your patience. **Post-Cleaning Concerns:** * If any areas are missed during the cleaning, please notify us via text message, and we will return to re-clean them. * Please report any damage or missed work within 24 hours of the cleaning. **Move In/Out Cleaning:** * For Move In/Out cleanings, the residence must be completely empty. * Trash bag removal incurs a $25 fee. * Furniture removal incurs a $50 fee. **Additional Information:** * All ceiling fans must be accessible with a 2-step ladder. * We dust blinds but do not provide full blind cleaning. * Baseboards are cleaned with a solution of dish soap, water, and a small amount of bleach. * We provide all necessary cleaning supplies.
