Kyera arrived on time and was able to finish cleaning the house in a little under 2 hours. The place looked practically brand new! Really excited to keep using her services!

Literally NOTHING was cleaned. Microwave not touched, counters left with flour and rice. Found a cracker on the floor. Vents were dirty, fireplace not touched. Shower products weren’t removed to clean the shower. Toilet still dirty. Coffee table not touched, high table not touched . Grass from shoes sitting near my steps inside meaning not sweeper or mopped. Vents not wipes, headboard not wiped or dusted. Dresser wasn’t touched. Her excuse was that she didn’t want to move anything…. Never heard of anyone cleaning without moving things…..Definitely overpriced for the service I received. I have never left anyone a bad review in my life about ANY product or service but I’m honestly in disbelief, was looking forward to a new monthly cleaner.
