Brenda did a good job cleaning the rental home we can recently vacated. She arrived early, with her own supplies and was finished when she said she said she’d be done. Pricing was reasonable for the job she did. She’s a lifesaver.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge alittle more first/one time cleaning, and an extra dirty charge. I am adaptable to customers wants and needs. Prices can be adjusted to fit the job. I have added a cancellation fee, if the job has to be cancelled the customer has 48 hours before the job to inform me or they will be charged $75.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what the customer wants and needs to be done to their house and adapt. I check with the time frame and schedule within that time if possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned/operated superior cleaning service since 1999. I received my bachelor degree in business administration in 2017 from South University Montgomery Alabama.
