Kennedi G. says, "I was having trouble getting my gaming console hooked up to my TV. It simply just wouldn’t show up on the screen. With it being a smart TV, it doesn’t come with all of the plugs that the older TVs have, and even though I did my own research and bought a converter, it still wasn’t working. DC remodeling was able to help me fix this problem without even physically coming to me. In less than 5 to 10 minutes, he was able to do his own research and figure out exactly what piece would be needed for the console to connect with the TV. I offered to at least pay him something for his help, and he kindly declined and expressed that it didn’t take much for him to help me so that it was no problem. The least I could do is leave this review! It was super nice of him to take time out of his day to respond to a complete stranger about something so small lol! Highly recommend just for the customer service alone."See more
