- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain the work that need to be done so the customer understands what has to be done to get what they want done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did heating and air for over 10 years. I’ve done construction work my whole life and have always been handy with stuff around the house.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just kool sealed a customers roof and cleaned his gutters out. I just repainted another customers bathroom and fixed some electrical issues he was a having in another room. I also install appliances, I’m adding a garbage disposal in a customers house tomorrow. I service and maintenance central air conditioning units also. I charge 75$ per unit plus materials. I can do a lot of different things that you need done around the house, and at a reasonable price.
