Just an overall great company! Josh and his helper Cody (I believe that was his name) were terrific! Very respectful and courteous and spent a great deal of time here trying hard to find the problem. They never made us feel like the job was too big or too difficult to accomplish. We are very pleased with them thus far and know they will resolve our problem with our irrigation system soon. Josh Meggs came our the same day that I posted a need and gave me an estimate. He came back the next afternoon and performed the repair. He returned when he said he was going to and fixed the sprinkler line without removing any concrete in the driveway. I was very satisfied with his work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies by the job, I look at each project with the mindset of what I would pay someone to do the job! Considering materials, gas, equipment usage, labor and so on! Many professionals look at a job/project as just another opportunity to make a buck. I look at a job/project as an advertisement of the work I offer and that can potentially lead to new customers so I price every job with that mindset and give the customer details of how I quoted the job!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting and working with new customers! It is not only how I show my abilities for lawn care, landscaping, irrigation or any other request. But to show my passion for what I do! I love new challenges!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in this profession since I could walk behind a mower! The training from other professionals and my elders will forever be instilled in my mind!
