Introduction: I am a certified HVAC service tech with a Universal EPA license. I do concrete work, from patterned concrete to retaining walls, sidewalks, patios, driveways, etc. I do light electrical and residential plumbing. I can build houses or add-ons. Anything with wood, I can handle. I can do professional paint jobs without the professional's prices. I also do roofing, small repairs to complete rebuilding, some appliance repairs (electric dryers, electric stoves) and small ice box repairs.
No job is too small, but every job deserves to be done as if it were a million-dollar contract. I believe a handshake is the same as giving someone your word. I'm a hard worker, and if the customer isn't satisfied, then neither am I. Money is the objective, but without satisfied customers to brag of your work, money will be scarce.
