- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job and on (Rare) occasions we charge by the hour so you will know the total before I start. No hidden fees, and I offer discounts when you book multiple installs or repairs at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I review your project, explain the best options, and within 24 hours give you an upfront price. Once approved & the agreement is signed, We schedule you in and depending on the severity of the project will determine how soon we get started. I complete the work efficiently and make sure everything is installed or repaired the right way providing photos and updates daily. If the project is of 1,000.00 or more then we will request for 50% of the total up front before getting started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring a combination of 35+ years of in‑field operations experience backed by 10,000+ hours of construction, design, and safety training. We add a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and strong management experience. We’re certified in OSHA 10/30, Fall Protection, MEWP, and Forklift operations.
