We seek to satisfy each customer. We give our best effort on each job and clean the carpets as if they were our own. We expect each customer to give us some feedback so we can constantly improve our service and make things better for them. If something isn't quite right we want to fix it right away! I love seeing people's smile when the job is completed and they see how good it looks or how wonderful it now smells. It is exciting to see people's peace and confidence increase when their surroundings are clean and fresh.

Hiring Phillip of DryMaster is the best decision I've made in a long time. I used Thumbtack for other work I needed such as moving and had dismal results. However, in this case - with carpet cleaning, it couldn't have gone better. Phillip knew I was concerned about the previous owner of our new home having a dog. He took it seriously and was determined to remove every hint of dog cooties in the entire home. When he began working he didn't stop until every single inch of carpet was CLEAN - and not soaked like the steamer companies do - but done right with the proper dry cleaning methods. It was dry in less than 2 hours.. PLUS his price was quite reasonable. When he was done and days later as well, the carpets looked amazing and there was not a hint of dog odor, dog hair or dog stains. He worked harder than I ever expected.. in fact it was 4 plus hours of hard work and he didn't complain or take a break or stop at all until every room, closet, hallway and stairway was perfect. This is what I call CHARACTER (so hard to find in a person these days) - I am SO impressed with this young man. The bottom line is that Phillip cared as much about getting these carpets clean and sanitized as I did and especially with my son's allergies, that was a whole lot!. Phillip Mason cleaned the carpet in my home using Drymaster Systems. He spent 3.5 hours treating and cleaning 5 rooms in my home. He paid close attention to detail and addressed specific problem areas in my home. He went above and beyond to treat spots that I didn't think were treatable. He was friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns. He even followed up his service call with an email addressing some of the specific questions I had. Phillip was clean-cut and honest and I could trust having him in my home. I will use Phillip Mason for all my future carpet-cleaning needs.

We needed to have our sectional cleaned. It was starting to smell a little like our dog. He likes to go out and roll around in the yard then he comes back in and gets on the sofa again. My fault for not covering it up in the first place. Anyway, Phillip came out and it is just like new again. The doggy smell is gone and it looks great! We could not be more pleased!

Carpets looked great when he was finished! He was able to get some stains out that we had previously not been able to! Very kind, prompt, and courteous. Would definitely use him again.

If you like the person and they use acceptable standards for cleaning hire them! If they do a good job then keep them coming back to maintain your property. If they don't do a good job then find someone else.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It is labor intensive and is very physical and you do break a sweat.
