Jacob is an excellent trainer. He is very knowledgeable and is guaranteed to push you to your max potential. I’ve made so much more progress and have been more motivated to achieve my fitness goals than working out alone.

Weather you're looking to loose weight or gain muscle Jasper personal training is the place to be! Jacob has wrestled all throughout high school and at Central Baptist College, he was the strength and conditioning coach and nutritionist for the team. Very friendly and is always on time to meet with his clients!! I enjoyed working with him as he trained me for awhile! The best trainer I've ever worked with! I highly recommend Jasper personal training!
