- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is just an estimate. Depending on the specifics of the job the price could go up or down. The cost for mileage does not include the cost of extra time spent driving. It is $25 for every hour of drive time not counting the first hour. An example would be if I have a shoot 2 hours away or 100 miles and it is $150 for the 1 hour shoot, I would charge $40 for mileage and then $50 for drive time there and back equaling a total of $240.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak with a new customer over the phone and do a pre session consultation , then we do the session, and I upload an online gallery for the customer to order from. Every client is different so it is tailored to fit their needs.

I have loved photography for as long as I can remember.
