We offer free, no-obligation estimates for all services. Pricing depends on property size, surface type, and level of buildup. We offer competitive rates with no hidden fees. Ask about our multi-service discounts — customers who bundle pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and window cleaning save 10-15%. We accept cash, check, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free estimate: We assess the property in person or via photos/video. 2. Quote provided same day. 3. We schedule at your convenience — most jobs completed within 1-3 days of booking. 4. Our crew arrives on time with all equipment. 5. Work is completed and inspected with you before we leave. 6. Payment collected on completion. We follow up after every job to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in soft washing, high-pressure and industrial hot water pressure washing, commercial fleet washing, dryer vent cleaning and inspection, and heavy equipment washing. We follow PWNA (Pressure Washers of North America) best practices. All technicians are trained in chemical handling, surface-appropriate PSI settings, and safety protocols for residential and commercial properties.
