- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At J&L we strive to compensate for the satisfaction of our customers and our business itself. We are not here to strike it rich as kings or oil tycoons. Your estimate WILL be fair and executed timely based on the job and labor that is involved in the job at hand. Our main goal is quality and fairness for you, the customer and us, the business owner so we can all reach the desired goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction comes first of course, And letting the new customer know that they're appreciated and above all else that their business is greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to hearing from you and hope we can do business in the neat future. Phone call/s then a description of the job at hand, then proceeding from that a meet and greet and onto work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have tons of experience in our field of work. I myself have been doing handyman/contractor work for the past 10+ years and have a strong upbringing in hard work and dedication to my jobs. Quality is a must on any of our jobs, and making "YOU" the customer pleased with our work and attention to detail.
