Very flexible and on time! Helped me out with affordability and the end result looked great- he built a platform to set the unit on so it doesn’t leak and is level and for extra support which was nice! He blew out the lines and drains for me too and he explained how other people use tape but it just doesn’t last as long so he zip tied them for me and it looks great and is secure! Also, he made the wires and lines really neat and organized which I loved because other people just leave stuff out and do the bare minimum. The security of knowing everything was done right and neat and the extra mile was gone for me leaves me with peace of mind.
