Introduction: Are you looking to shed some extra pounds in the right way? My name is Joy Williams, and I am a personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My passion is to provide safe, healthy and effective workouts for the average individual to optimize body performance. My program includes a four-week introduction stabilization period to wake up your muscles. This period includes low-intensity exercise based on improving technique. After successful completion of the four- week stabilization period, according to individual goals, whether weight loss or gain, a more individualized plan will be written.
