Introduction: Hi, My name is Jason Martin and I am the owner of 3 Rocks Construction. I started the company in 2008. My first priority is my connection with you as the homeowner before we even begin the project. I make sure we are all in alignment with each other so we can start a clear direction moving forward. We've really enjoyed working with Jason to build an addition to our home! He was extra patient and helpful as we went through several ideas for this project which we always appreciated. During the thick of the project, Jason always keeps you informed about the sub-contractors schedules, answers any questions quickly, offer helpful suggestions based on his experience, and keeps the budget on track. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I got out of college, I started working with my uncle and Little Rock building houses in new construction. From there I moved to Fayetteville Arkansas to work for National Homecenter up in Springdale. Then from there I went to Ridout Lumber and then I went to go work with a valued builder at a Springdale. Then in 2008 I decided to go out on my own and I start at 3 Rocks Construction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in marketing. I’ve been in the industry for over 20 years. I am a licensed general contractor in the state of Arkansas. Experientially, I have retail background, subcontractor background, general contracting background both new construction and full house remodel, management background
