- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do charge sales tax and the bigger the job the more we will do for free. Example. If hanging and finishing and painting the sheet rock, we will provide the painting labor for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will breakdown the job into what it is exactly the costumer wants and give them a price for the exact job they want done. I will give concerns and/or opinions if it is needed. With new customers 40% is needed upfront and another 30% when the job is 70% complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am osha certified for safety purposes on the job. And I had 40+ hours of on the job experience every week since the beginning. There isn’t much in the Construction world I haven’t seen.
