Keith at Five Star Painting responded the fastest to my request for an estimate. He evaluated the five interior rooms I needed painted in a few minutes. Since I mentioned I was having problems finding local businesses who specialized in small interiorpainting projects, I was astonished when he helped me locate the information I needed to find his competitors. He went out to his vehicle and returned a few minutes later with a printed copy of a detailed estimate. I was so impressed with his reasonable price and professionalism, I wanted to hire him on the spot. But being the wise and careful consumer I am, I put myself through three weeks of, mostly, disappointing appointments before hiring Five Star Painting. The crew was prompt, friendly, fast and did a quality job for me. I will recommend them to my friends.

Five star painting did an excellent job painting my home. They had to come back to complete a few things, but were people of their word, and did make everything to my satisfaction. They even replaced rotten boards. Id give them five stars for sure!!!

Five Star Painting did a fantastic job of making my old cabinets look new again! They were excellent to work with from beginning to end.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different, so in order to give you the most accurate price - we need to know the full scope of the work. This means things like how much area needs to be taped off, what the actual surface area of your space that needs to be painted is (because square footage of room doesn’t equal square footage of painted area!), and the color and condition of your walls.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and I provide a free on site painting estimate. Once the customer approves our quote, a Five Star representative Salesperson or Production Manager gets in touch with the customer to schedule the work. We walk through and make sure we’re on the same page (e.g. colors, # of coats, and the daily schedule) and identify any issues ahead of time. We check our jobs daily and make ourselves available to our customers for any issues that may arise.
At job completion, we walk around again with the customer to ensure that they are completely satisfied with the final product. At that time we request final payment. All unused paint will be left for the customer.
